Scam Alert!

More and more fake "currency-assembly" appear on the market, with the effigy of Hitler on 20 Francs inlaid Fisherman. We found a wonderful example on Delcampe at the following address: click here.
This same note we have of course, without editing, in the inventory of 20 Franks Fisherman 1942 was a pretty amazing journey: when we have referenced, it was on sale at 6 euros in May 2009 and 30 euros on ebay in January 2010 and finally to 49 euros in April 2010 Delcampe! What story (false) for this ticket just TB! and this is not an April Fool.

Below, the false ... and then the real one!

Explosion of small numbers!

Since the launch of "small numbers" by Claude Fayette and society CGB
interest in these "first" notes is growing. For proof, sale January 29, 2010 on ebay website, a 20 Francs Fisherman, serial A.1, No. 47544 at a price of EUR 264! and 23 bids made on this note with grade F/VF!

For your information, another small number had risen to 66 euros in state B, in September 2009 on this same merchant site ... Just imagine what would have made our 100 francs Sully C.1 No. 351 in VG condition? 5 francs or our H.57959 Violet No. 028 in state B?

To be continued ...
