At the end of the First World War, Germany is struggling to overcome. In 1923, Mark collapsed and the crisis settles permanently. Régie des Chemins de Fer Occupied Territories, which then manages the railway network of the Ruhr, decides to issue a special series of 10 notes, to fight its way against the crisis.
