At the end of the First World War, Germany is struggling to overcome. In 1923, Mark collapsed and the crisis settles permanently. Régie des Chemins de Fer Occupied Territories, which then manages the railway network of the Ruhr, decides to issue a special series of 10 notes, to fight its way against the crisis. This show was a huge success, with the population. The series "Specimen" is presented here and any exceptional rarity, first of all, it is complete and 10 notes are in UNC grade. Note that this set is differentiated from the series "B21", which was printed specially for collectors of the time.

Here are notes from BCBC RADAR! In the catalog banknotes eighteenth society CGB, dated 1998, a very interesting article was devoted to these special notes, page 177. To begin, note "RADAR" contains a number that can be read from left to right and from right to left, eg "75157".
The difficulty of meeting a RADAR ticket is real, so for a note to 5 numbers, the proportion is 1%!
As CGB, we take into account that tickets with 5 numbers, with a few exceptions, including our two banknotes Sully 100 francs and 1000 Frs Ceres and Mercure with a dual-radar: Series and Number!
